Support
Help for the Rhizo Care (caregivers and office staff) and Rhizo Family (family members) apps.
Get in touch
The fastest help comes from your agency’s office — they manage your account and your schedule. Call [office phone — fill at adoption] during [office hours, e.g. Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm ET], or email [support email, e.g. support@rhizo.care] and include which app you use, your device, and what you were doing when the problem happened. You can also message the office directly inside either app.
For anything urgent about a client’s care or safety, call the office — don’t wait on email or app messages.
Signing in
- Access is by invitation. There is no self-service sign-up: caregivers and office staff are invited by the agency, and family members receive a portal invitation from the office. If you don’t have an invite (or it expired), ask the office to send one.
- Caregivers and office staff sign in with the email the office set up. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to reset it.
- Family members sign in with their email — we’ll send a one-time code, so there’s no password to remember.
Notifications
Turn on notifications when the app asks, or enable them later in your device’s Settings for the app. Notifications are deliberately generic on the lock screen — open the app to see the details.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app at any time — Rhizo Care: Home → Account → Delete account; Rhizo Family: More → Account → Delete account. This removes your sign-in and personal account data. Records the agency must keep by law are retained — see the privacy policy.
If something isn’t working
- Check your internet connection — the apps are online-only.
- Update to the latest app version from the store.
- Sign out and back in, or restart the app.
- Still stuck? Email [support email, e.g. support@rhizo.care] with a screenshot if you can — unless the screen shows client information, in which case describe it in words instead.
